PursueCare offers telehealth services for addiction recovery and mental health, providing virtual care for opioid, alcohol, and substance use disorders as well as comprehensive psychiatry treatment for behavioral health conditions.

Patients gain immediate access to a team of specialized addiction and mental health professionals, including physicians, psychiatric providers, counselors, and Case Managers. Treatment typically commences within 48 hours of enrollment, with medications conveniently delivered to your doorstep through our in-house pharmacy. PursueCare accepts most insurance plans, including Medicare and Medicaid, and provides low-cost self-pay options.

What You Receive:

Getting Started:

1. Create an account and complete your profile by providing some basic information.
2. Meet with a Patient Access Specialist to finalize your profile and schedule your initial appointment.
3. Undergo an initial assessment with a prescribing clinician who will tailor a treatment plan to your individual needs and issue any necessary prescriptions.
4. Engage with your Case Manager for ongoing assistance and encouragement.
5. Embark on the path to improved well-being and a brighter future.

Expectations:

Treatment is designed to fit into your schedule, wherever is most convenient for you. Access check-ins with your Case Manager on demand, at-home drug screenings, self-evaluations, and regular therapy sessions along with MAT appointments are part of the routine. We encourage open communication during these sessions to address any inquiries or concerns you may have.

PursueCare assures user data privacy by prohibiting third-party tracking and refraining from disclosing protected health information unless for care purposes. There is no data collection or sale to external parties for advertising or similar purposes. Patient visits are not recorded, and data from video consultations is not stored on patient devices.
